Propely was founded by a small group of frustrated investors who loved the idea of property but hated the inefficiency, stress, and guesswork that came with it. After going through several painful deals — where spreadsheets misled us, agents overpromised, and unexpected costs blindsided us — we realized something simple: the system is broken, but it doesn’t have to be.

So we set out to build something better.
